Full deposit refund is available only for cancellation occurring minimum 7 days prior delivery date.

1. All drivers must have a valid driving licence. Quads can be driven with a regular car licence.
2. The customer is liable for all traffic/parking violations.
3. Fuel is not included in the rental fee and must be purchased by the customer.
4. No quad insurance covers personal injury to the driver or passenger. Additional insurances may apply.
5. All insurances are void in the following cases:
   • If the driver consumes alcoholic drinks or takes any drugs or hallucinatory substances.
   • If he/she drives against the traffic regulations.
   • If the car/quad is used for racing,motocross, driving offroad or any other reckless driving.
   • If the car/quad is driven by a person not authorized on the rental aggreement.
   • If the agreed time or return has expired.
